Founder & Principal Consultant
Andrew is a transformation and technology leader with over 25 years of experience delivering large-scale change across financial services, telecoms, and the public sector. His career spans global consultancies, FTSE 100 organisations, and high-growth startups — guiding leadership teams through modernisation, digital transformation, and regulatory change. He has directed programmes exceeding £30 million, established global data platforms, and spearheaded cloud transitions across GCP, AWS, and Azure for clients including HSBC, Sky, Deloitte, Travelex, and BT. Most recently leading the implementation of Generative AI and Agentic technology in private equity and telecommunications, Andrew brings deep expertise in regulated environments — enabling GDPR, PSD2, MiFID II, and AML/KYC compliance. A past member of the ICAEW members board and a dedicated mentor, he is passionate about building purpose-driven teams and using technology as a force for sustainable, human-centred progress.
